‘NextStep’, ‘Adipisci’ and ‘Sustainabike’ win the DO! Innovation Bootcamp 2023

Premise of the DO! Innovation Bootcamp 2023: to find a sollution for a legal, health or mobility challenge in only 36 hours.

40+ students, researchers & enthousiasts accepted the challenge(s). Their collaboration beyond disciplines, backgrounds & the known resulted in rich and creative solutions that more than lived up to expectations.

A professional jury was burdened with the task of selecting a winner in each of the 3 categories:

  • NextStep wins the ‘Legal Techathon’
    (Romane Jos, Anna Tsuvina, Iñaki De Smet & Wout Platteau)

    NextStep aims to empower employers and employees to take the next step when the right match just isn’t there. They provide automated help in a legally compliant and humane way.

  • Adipisci wins ‘Heart for Health’
    (Jill Deygers, Fabio Pavirani Laura Maelfait & Lukas Molleman)

    Adipisci will help its users maintain healthy habits, together. Motivational lights will celebrate daily success with one touch of a button and motivate others to do the same.

  • Sustainabike wins ‘Mighty Mobility’
    (Vincent Goossens, Jade de Romsée, Valérie Janssens, Ruben Goossens & Joakim Galle)

    Sustainabike wants to give electrical lease bikes a second life through a platform. Battery & general bike quality are checked by experts, ensuring the end customer an easy buy of a bike that fits the needs.
